Natural barley flour Organic Eco-Product.

Properties of natural barley flour:

  • barley flour contains much more fiber than other cereal flours, so it is often included in the diet of people suffering from digestive problems
  • along with fiber, barley flour contains: vitamins B1, B2 and PP, as well as potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus and sodium necessary for the body
  • Barley flour has practically no taste and smell, it is grayish in color, sometimes with an admixture of bran, which only makes it more useful. Of course, beer will not work out of barley flour, but even an inexperienced housewife can cook tender porridge and crumbly bread. It is worth noting, however, that bread made from barley flour alone quickly becomes stale and crumbles heavily, so barley flour is mixed with wheat or rye flour, then the bread is excellent

Barley flour is a perishable product, it should be stored in a glass or metal, tightly closed container in a cool place.
