The green buckwheat flour is a relatively new product in Ukraine. It is prepared from raw, thermally untreated buckwheat. A similar product in English-speaking countries is called buckwheat flour.
Green buckwheat, popular culture, which is used in the diet, the most balanced diet. Vegetarians often use this cereal as there is mnogestvo ways of its use and application in foods. In various dishes, flour from green buckwheat will have a unique taste and can partially replace fish, meat and eggs.
The main advantage of meal of green buckwheat – is gluten free and can be used for diabetics.
Method of application: Recommended buckwheat flour mixed with wheat up to 50%.

- in cooking in the diet maximally balanced diet

- in cosmetology is rather effective in simple and moderate severity burns (generates a new skin)
