Organic Eco-Product spelt kutia is a tuba with selected ground spelt (a special dark type of wheat with an oily structure) for preparing crumbly, delicious, juicy and soft kutia. Cereals are supplemented with poppy seeds and raisins to create a complex aromatic fruit and nut bouquet.
Field of application of the angle:
Before cooking, the grain is soaked in cold water for several hours. Next, the proportions of 1:3 are taken and the groats are cooked until done without sugar and salt. At the end of cooking, raisins and poppy seeds are added. The dish will be ready by itself. You can add honey, nuts, chocolate.
